Our flights are changed but we are not going in and out of Fresno. I am feeling quite disappointed with Alaska Airlines at this point in time. We will now drive about 7+ hours RT with a hotel stay the night before near Sacramento Airport in addition to the flights to get to Maui. We will NOT be getting a free hotel the night before either! We ARE getting $250. in vouchers for future flights. I question the value of this since flights aren't so easily found. I might write a letter but we will see how I feel in a couple of days. I probably spent 2+ hours on the phone just getting this worked out. Flying out of Fresno just isn't worth it sometimes, and this is one of those times.
